Haridwar Kumbh Mela is a traditional Hindu festival in India. This time Kumbh Mela is going to very special as the holiest city Haridwar is hosting this time. The holy city Haridwar is the epicenter of Hindu religion in India and the land of various Hindu religious activities as Ashrams (Shanti Kunj, Saptarishi, Vyas), Ghats (Hari Ki Pauri, Gau, Subhas & Ashti Parvath), temples (Haridwar, Bharat Mata, Mansa Devi) cleaned Ganga Jal and natural stoned riverbank.

The big mass of men from different parts of the world gathers Haridwar Kumbh Mela and take a sacred bath to wash their sins. After took the dip in sacred Ganga water the pilgrims don't forget to collect the Ganga Jal in a clean pot and put the pot at the holiest place at their home. It this also believed that after sprinkle the Ganga Jal at home their home also become holy as his body.

The purpose of the Indians observes those traditions is not only spiritual. It is to tribute their love and compassion for the Almighty God. One of the numerous rituals they observe is the ritual of the ‘sacred tub’ or ‘holy bathing’. Bathing within the holy rivers is appeared as very sacred to all Hindus.

The Ganges or Ganga river name as 'Maa Gange' through Hindu devotees and does not forget to be a sacred holy goddess, and to bathe in it gives purification. Every day devotees crowds accumulate on ghats to take a ritual tub to cleanse their sins.  Apparently, the ritual was to dunk below 3 instances - one to cleanse the sins of the past, one for the present, and one for destiny. Indians are very God-fearing human beings as well as very spiritual.

The sacred bath, Ganga Aarti, Kalpvas, and Pind Daan are the main activities performed by mass devotees as below...

Kumbh Mela Sacred bath-

Pilgrims sacred dip
The many Hindu Purans, literature, and notes describe that sacred bath in the Ganga river makes the holy man and his peaceful mental state. It also believes that the sacred dip in Ganga Jal makes the sin-free man. The pilgrims from most parts of the world could be seen here, as they want to reach here anyhow there once in a life for a sacred bath. There is much Hindu literature that defines that sacred bath in holy Ganga has very important but if anyone takes a sacred bath in Shahi Snan day will be most beneficial for his family and ancestors. This can be identified on any Shahi Snan day where at Kumbh Mela administration makes more exercise for normal public and Hindu monks or priests. On this day everyone likes to take a sacred bath in the holy river. At that time the land becomes short for huge crowed and stand on feet would be challenging. Thus administration gives separate time to Naga monks and the public to complete their sacred bath.

Haridwar Ganga Aarti-

After a sacre
d bath, Ganga Arti is part of the next ritual. Here devote prays Ganga and pay ritual tribute to Ganga by Diya. It also belongs to mental peace as flaming a Diya kills many insects, Hindu religion also believes that flaming a Diya is an indicator of sins cutter. The world-famous Ganga Arti can see at every evening at Ganga bank or Hari Ki Pauri. Where normal public and Hindu monks collect together and flame the Diya for ritual.

Kalpvas-

Kalpawasi's Dhyan & Pooja

Kalpavas has the most important in the Kumbh Mela ritual, it is a very tough ritual task for pilgrims who come to Haridwar. Kalpavasi pilgrims take Ganga oaths that they will reside one month at Ganga bank, will take a thrice sacred bath in Ganga, and will have a time meal and the rest time in a day will do Pooja and god’s pray. This ritual makes pilgrim as a monk as they awake before sunrise, donate as capacity, and do will do Satsang & Snakeertan, nonviolence.

Pind Daan-

Pind Daan for late family member
The Hindu religion says as family binding religion, here pilgrims pray to unbind from sins for himself and for his family. There are many kinds of literature, notes, and Purans (Garun Puran) in the Hindu religion that describes Pind Daan. Also, the religion has rituals there a pilgrim binds with his ancestors and forefathers. As a pilgrim loves his family, he prays to God for his family's safe the same he prays for his ancestors and forefathers by Pind Daan. In Pind Daan, he prays to god for his forefather and ancestor safe and happy. Here he donates the Pind (a symbol of his forefather and ancestor) to river, cow, and birds.
